Isabel Canha
José Paulo Santos
Isabel Canha and José Paulo Santos have spent over 14 years studying and practising tango with various Portuguese and Argentine masters, honing their technique and developing their own style over thousands of hours. Their style is strongly influenced by those considered to be the greatest and most inspiring masters of today: the Argentines Facundo Piñero and Vanesa Villalba.
They competed at the Buenos Aires World Festival and Championship in 2018, and at the European Championships in Rimini (Italy, 2022 and 2024) and in London (2023).
In 2023, they founded the Tango2Gotan dance school, where they teach exclusively Argentine tango. They stand out for their infectious enthusiasm and personalised approach, which pays close attention to the specific needs and challenges of each student.
